Network Cabling, Wi-Fi and PABX in Dubai

Tidy, tested cabling and reliable Wi-Fi, with phone systems that suit how your team actually works.

Cameras, access control, phones and computers all depend on the network behind them. Poor cabling and patchy Wi-Fi cause most of the problems people blame on devices.

We plan the cable routes, build and label the rack, set up Wi-Fi coverage and install IP phone systems, then hand over drawings and test results.

Things to consider in Dubai

Fit-out timing

Cabling is far cheaper before ceilings and walls are closed. Bring us in at the fit-out stage and we will mark data points with your interior plan.

Heat in the rack room

Small server or rack rooms get hot quickly in Dubai. We plan ventilation or cooling so switches and recorders do not fail early.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my Wi-Fi slow in some rooms?

Villas with concrete walls and long layouts usually need several access points rather than one router. A survey shows where coverage drops.

Can I keep my phone numbers with an IP PABX?

In most cases yes. Your existing lines connect to the new system, and we set up extensions and menus around them.

Do you certify the cabling?

Every point is tested and labelled, and you receive a record of the results with the handover documents.

One team for cameras, doors, gates and IT

Combine network & pabx with CCTV and we will plan it as one system, with one point of contact.

No formal SIRA CCTV standard for a standalone home

SIRA's Preventive System Manual targets specific premises groups, and a standalone private home is not listed in the same way. Good practice still applies.

  • Point cameras at your own property, not neighbours
  • Check community or building rules before fixing cameras outside
  • Protect the recorder and app with strong passwords

Yes, major compounds are covered

Residential or office compounds, including buildings, towers and villa compounds, fall under the manual, so the system has to meet its standard for that premises type.

  • Colour cameras and recording of at least 1080p
  • A recorder backed by a UPS
  • An annual maintenance contract with a SIRA-registered company

Yes, these are listed as vital sectors

The bylaw lists categories such as banks, hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, gas stations and places of worship. Camera positions, views and recording retention are set by the manual.

  • Defined camera views, from wide monitoring to identification
  • Minimum retention, often 31 days and longer for some categories
  • Some features need SIRA approval, such as wireless links

It depends on the activity

Many businesses are not in the listed groups, but SIRA can designate other activities, and a unit inside a covered compound or mall follows that site’s rules. Tell us the activity and location and we will check what applies.
